Day 9: Delhi - Bagdogra

Day 10: Bagdogra

After breakfast drive to Gangtok via <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'RMG','GTK','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Rumtek Monastery</a>, Tibetology & do Drul Chorten. Overnight stay.

Day 11: Darjeeling

After breakfast drive to Phuntsoling and handover to Bhutan agent. On arrival Phuntsoling check in at Hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 12: Darjeeling - Pelling

After breakfast assistance and drive to Thimpu. On arrival check in at Hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 13: Pelling

After breakfast, we will visit the National Library which hosts a vast collection of ancient Buddhist manuscripts, the School of Thangkha paintings and the Traditional Medicine Institute. We will also pass through the Trashi Chhodzong, where the administrative head quarters of ministries are located. Lunch will be served in one of the restaurants in town, where both local as well as international cuisines are available. In the afternoon, we could drive to Dochula, which is approximately 23 Kms from Thimphu. On a clear day, the snow-capped peaks of Mt. Gangkar Puensum, Table Mountain, Jeje Khang, Masakhang and Gangcheyta could be seen. The One Hundred and Nine Chortens (Stupas), Dinner will be served in Hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 14: Pelling - Gangtok

After breakfast, drive to Paro.Check in at Hotel Olathang.We will visit the ruins of Drugyel Dzong. On the way to Drugyel Dzong, we will be passing through many local houses built in traditional styles. You can also have the view of famous Taktsang Monastery from the way to Drugyel Dzong. For lunch, we will choose a restaurant in the town depending on your interest and choice of meals. After lunch we will visit the National Museum or Ta Dzong (an ancient watch tower), which has a fine collection of Thangkha paintings, weapons and artifacts. After the visit to Ta Dzong we will take a short walk to Rimpung Dzong, the administrative head quarter of Paro district. Dinner will be served in one of the hotels in the town. Overnight stay.

Day 15: Gangtok

Morning assistance and transfer to airport to board flight to Kathmandu by KB 202 DEP 0730 / Arr 0820 Hrs. (operates sun, Fri & Wednesday only) On arrival Kathmandu assistance and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 16: Gangtok - Phuntsoling

After breakfast assistance and transfer to Domestic airport to board flight to Lhasa By CA-408 Dep 0950 Hrs / Arr 1400 Hrs (operates Tues, Thurs & Saturday only) Upon arrival at Gongar Airport, you shall be met by your Tibetan guide and transfer provided to Hotel. Evening free for acclimatization. Overnight stay.

Day 17: Phuntsoling

After breakfast Sightseeing tour of Sera Monastery, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Bazaar. Evening free at leisure. O/night Hotel.

Day 18: Phuntsoling - Thimphu

After breakfast Sightseeing tour of Potala Palace & Drepung Monastery. Evening Free. O/night Hotel.

Day 19: Thimphu

After early breakfast drive to Gongar Airport & Depart flight to Kathmandu then to Delhi By CA -407 Dep 0950 Hrs / 0840 Hrs (operates Tues, Thurs & Saturday only) & 9W-261 Dep Kathmandu 1415 Hrs / Arr 1545 Hrs.
