Day 2: Mumbai
Mumbai is known as the city of dreams, the city that never sleeps and always on the run.
After breakfast leave for the airport to board the flight to Nagpur. Arrive at Nagpur and drive to Kanha National Park. (275 kms / 7 hrs).The lush sal and bamboo forests, grassy meadows and ravines of Kanha provided inspiration to Rudyard Kipling for his famous novel "Jungle Book". The Kanha National Park in Madhya Pradesh came into being in 1955 and forms the core of the Kanha Tiger Reserve, created in 1974 under Project Tiger. The Park's landmark achievement is the preservation of the rare hardground Swamp Deer (Barasingha), saving it from near extinction. Stringent conservation programs for the overall protection of the Park's fauna and flora, makes Kanha one of the most well maintained National Parks in Asia.
Morning and afternoon wildlife safaris in Kanha National Park. Kanha, 175 kms southeast of Jabalpur, is one of India's largest national park and Asia's finest park. India's one of the most successful conservation efforts ofsaving the Barasingha (Swamp Deer) was done here. Kanha National Park covers an area of 1945 sq kms including a core zone of 940 sq kms. The setting of Kipling's ‘Jungle Book', it is a beautiful area of forest and lightly wooded grassland with many streams and rivers. It is the home of a variety of animals including tiger, panther, and many species of deer, wild pig, bison, a variety of monkeys and other animals besides some 200 species of birds.Game drives are organized by The Park both in the early mornings and late afternoons by open jeeps and will be accompanied by a trained naturalist. Once the tiger is spotted anywhere in the jungle, through radio contact with the drivers, visitors will be driven to the location and then taken by elephant back to the actual site to see the tiger.
Day 5: Kanha
Morning and afternoon wildlife safaris in Kanha National Park.Spend the full day viewing game and spotting TIGERS inside the Jungle, located in the Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh, the Kanha National Park is a Tiger Reserve that extends over 1945 sq. km. of undulating country. Elevations range from 450 to 900 meters. A horseshoe shaped valley bounded by the spurs of the Mekal ridge gives Kanha an interesting topography. The Surpan River meanders through Kanha's central maidans - grasslandsMorning evening game drive in Kanha game reserve. It was here at Kanha that the eminent zoologist George Schaller undertook the first ever-scientific study of the tiger. The animals at Kanha are best observed from elephant back and the open country makes the chance of sightings reasonably good. Deer are seen along the maidans and gaur at Bamhindadr or in the Bishanpura Sondhar - Ghorella area of the Mukki range. This area is also ideal for spotting the dhole or wild dog. Langurs, wild boar, water fowl and birds are also commonly seen . Return to the wildlife resort to stay overnight.
Day 6: Kanha
After breakfast we leave for <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'BNP','BXH','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Bandhavgarh National Park</a> (325 kms). Arrive and check into a wildlife resort.Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 7: Kanha

Initially this park was the royal hunting ground for the rulers of Rewa. But in 1968 it was declared a National Park. The <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'BNP','BXH','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Bandhavgarh National Park</a> is the place where the famous white tigers of Rewa were discovered. Bandhavgarh is densely populated with other animal species too. The sambar, barking deer and nilgai are also common sights in the open areas of the park.About half the park is covered with fine stands of sal, while mixed forests are found in the higher reaches of the hills. Stretches of bamboo and grasslands extend to the north. The main viewing area is still in the core of the Park with its 32 picturesque, wooded hills. An ancient fort up on a precipice, 800 meters high, dominates the Park. Return to the wildlife resort to stay overnight.
Day 8: Kanha - Bandhavgarh

Day 9: Bandhavgarh

Morning enjoy a wildlife safari in <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'BNP','BXH','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Bandhavgarh National Park</a>. In the afternoon leave for Umaria railway station (45 Kms) to board the train to Delhi. Stay overnight on the train.
Day 11: Bandhavgarh
Arrive at Delhi.refresh yourself at the hotel in Delhi and then transfer to the international airport to board your flight for onward destination..
