John Glenn`s boyhood home has been moved and restored as a museum dedicated to telling 20th century American history through the lives of John and Annie Glenn and to creating educational programs for learners of all ages.
It was first built in 1814 to span the confluence of the Licking and Muskingum Rivers.It has been rebuilt numerous times since the 1850s. When being given directions, visitors are often struck by the statement "Drive to the middle of the bridge and turn right." The bridge is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
