    Cambridge is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Guernsey County. Cambridge is well-known among glass collectors as being the location for the Cambridge Glass, Boyd Glass and Mosser Glass plants. The Cambridge area is also famous for its "S" shaped bridges, some of the first bridges ever constructed in the Northwest Territory.The city of Cambridge is home to numerous attractions and events. Located in downtown Cambridge, one block West of the Courthouse. Dedicated to the local folk artist Andy Kachilla, the non-profit Kachilla Center displays his work, and the works of several prominent local artists, hosts art exhibitions and competitions, and holds art classes for young people and adults.
Displays over 5000 choice pieces of Cambridge Glass as well as a large display of Cambridge Art Pottery.
The Deerassic Park Education Center is home to a herd of spectacular whitetail deer and the location for the future Ohio Whitetail Hall of Fame Museum complex. The deer enclosure provides an up-close opportunity for observation of this magnificent animal in its natural habitat.
The Degenhart Paperweight and Glass Museum in Cambridge displays the collection of Elizabeth Degenhart. She was the former owner of the Crystal Art Glass Company. As the name suggestion the museum displays Degenhart paperweights and various pieces of American glass items. There is also a short video on glass.
The Guernsey County Historical Museum in Cambridge is housed in an 18th Century mansion. The home has been restored and now displays historical collections related to the Guernsey County. Each room has a theme and the museum seeks to cover a broad range of topics.
Georgetown Vineyards sits high atop a scenic ridge and is surrounded by five acres of vineyards. It is family owned & operated and specializes in a varied selection of hand-crafted wines, from fruit wines, to regional grape wines, to popular varietals.
The National Museum of Cambridge Glass in downtown Cambridge displays glassware from the early to mid 1900s from the Cambridge Glass Company. The museum also presents the history of glass making through recreated sets using mannequins and showing furnace, tools, molds, and other elements in the glass making process. All displays are well lit and nicely presented. Each year the National Museum of Cambridge Glass changes its displays, presenting something new when it opens each spring.
Salt fork has a 3,000 acre lake, an 18-hole championship golf course, 14 miles of hiking trails, and hunting and fishing areas.
