The Wood County Historical Museum in Bowling Green is a great place to learn about the history of the city and Ohio. Thirty rooms display a range of artifacts related to the the Black Swamp, Oil and Gas Boom, the Settlers, Native Indians, and more.
The National Construction Equipment Museum in Bowling Green is a unique museum that focuses on the history of construction equipment, advancements and changes over the years. It is the only public museum dedicated to collecting, restoring and preserving machines representing the evolution of construction machinery. The museum has over fifty machines on site, many of which are fully restored to original physical and operating condition by Museum volunteers.
