The Doll Museum houses over 600 dolls that range from 1840s covered wagon dolls to modern Barbie dolls are featured in settings that range from school rooms to tea parties. Many dolls are exhibited in their original handmade clothing.
Nationally recognized as "one of the 50 most unusual museums in the country!" The Glore Museum uses full-sized replicas, interactive displays, audio-visuals, artifacts, documents and photos to illustrate how mental illness has been portrayed and treated for the past 7,500 years. The Museum also chronicles the 128-year history of what was once known as the ''State Lunatic Asylum No. 2.
