Jalgaon is the administrative headquarters of Jalgaon district. Known as Banana City, it contributes about half of Maharashtra's banana production. This place is a major centre for trade and agriculture. The city is one of the world's largest pulse milling centres. It has several jewellery manufacturers, and is in a cotton-producing region. Patnadevi, Omkareshwar Mandir, Ecchapurti Ganesh Temple are the main attractions of Jalgaon.Location
