Description
Best known as the coal capital of India, Dhanbad is one of the most precious industrial towns of the state of Jharkhand. Situated near the steel city of Bokaro, Dhanbad has an area of around 450 sq kms, which has only coalmines. Dhanbad is also a large-scale producer of Mica, Iron Ore and firebricks.
