Rosario is the largest city in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina.It`s the third most important city in Argentina because of the growing and important metropolitan area, a large urban department and for being the most important export centre in the country.The city has several museums including: the Juan B. Castagnino Fine Arts Museum, the Firma y Odilo Estevez Municipal Decorative Art Museum, the Dr. Julio Marc Provincial Historical Museum, the City Museum, and the Museum of Contemporary Art of Rosario.Rosario has a public astronomy complex, located within Urquiza Park, consisting on an observatory and a planetarium.

It is located 300 km northwest of Buenos Aires, on the western shore of the Parana River.
The Juan B. Castagnino Fine Arts Museum is an art museum in the city of Rosario, province of Santa Fe, Argentina, considered the most important of the interior of the country and the second in national terms. It now consists of more than 3,000 works, comprising European art, Argentine art of the 19th and 20th century, and works by Rosario artists until the 1930s.
The biggest attraction in Rosario is the park and monument dedicated to the Argentine flag. The flag''s designer, General Manuel Belgrano is interred in the crypt of the monument. The top of the mounment is a great place to view the city, the Parana river and other attractions.
The park is home to several museums, notably the Museo de la Cuidad and the Museo Historico Provincial Dr. Julio Marc. In addition to the museums, the park has sporting areas.The shaded walks, greenery and fountains make the pleasant palce to walk, to see and be seen.
Located on the Rio Parana, Rosario has many options for enjoying the ater: beaches, boating, swimming and fishing. These boaters have a view of the Parque de la Independencia.
